As relaxed vegetarians, we really enjoy dried beans, especially unique, heritage, and special beans, though we also have some common beans that customers have requested. We want to help be stewards of beans that are lesser-known and help educate folks as to why they should be saved by being eaten. However, drying beans take up quite a bit of space on our farm, and since we are a small, family-run operation, we have limited supplies of these available each year. We usually have some extra every spring that we sell as seed beans, so come find us when it’s time to start your garden if you missed us in the fall/winter!
