We like food and for us the key to excellent food is in how it is seasoned. Over the years, we have created our own spice blends for use in our own home. These are some of our favourite blends, made from many ingredients we grow right here on the farm. Every blend is salt-free because everyone likes something different when it comes to salt.

All Purpose Tex-Mex Mix – a spice blend for beans and rice or taco night!

Curry on Over! – a blend for curries and curried soups. Also lovely with lentils and potatoes.

Scotian Sandwich Sprinkle – a blend to add a little “extra” to your sandwich or salad.

Za’atar Blend – a Lebanese version that uses oregano and is delicious on everything from pita to pizza!
