Many years ago, when our then-toddler was enjoying a wider exploration of foods, we focused on providing as many whole foods as we could. But we love flavour in our foods and tried to find a quick-and-easy broth base. Unfortunately, most things included some (many!) ingredients that were not something we wanted in our food. This resulted in the birth of our Veggie Broth Powder!

All year round we have Vegetable Broth Powder in three sizes: small jar (60g), large jar (100g), and large bag (100g). Our Vegetable Broth Powder is a great alternative to frozen broth since it is shelf-stable and doesn’t require refrigeration once it is opened. It is used the same way as bullion cubes in that one tablespoon of powder, dissolved in a cup of hot water creates a very flavourful broth! It has no added preservatives and no added salt. The first ingredient is Nutritional Yeast – full of vitamins and minerals including B12 with is important for vegetarians and carnivores alike.
